Strategic Planning Underway

We always appreciate the time and energy that our board, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders have contributed to the Anne Arundel County Food Bank as we continue to transform the organization to best serve the needs of county residents.

Our next step in this journey is to embark upon the development of our first formal strategic plan, which will guide the AACFB’s future direction. We are pleased to announce the selection of Knowledge Advisory Group (KAG), a specialized nonprofit consulting firm, to support us in this important process. KAG has recently worked with AACFB staff to clarify program outcomes and their team is very excited to assist with our planning process as well.
