Designer Bag Auction in Memory of Kathy Starr Nellius
The Anne Arundel County Food Bank thanks the organizers of the Bags & Bubbles Online Auction for their generous support of the Anne Arundel County Food Bank. The unique event raised for more than $10,000 for the food bank.
The designer handbag auction was held in loving memory of Kathy Starr Nellius, a fierce and committed Annapolis-area volunteer who passed away in 2019 after a battle with metastatic cancer.
The sale of her amazing bag collection benefitted the food bank and METAvivor, an organization dedicated specifically to women and men living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.
